COVID-19 GUIDELINES – May 10th Update

SGC is taking every possible precaution to

maintain the health and safety all the participants in our programs.

Things will look a little different at SGC as we work with COVID-19 guidelines and we appreciate your understanding and adherence to the protocols. As the COVID-19 situation is constantly changing and evolving, so will our guidelines and measures.
Summary of procedures:

  • Daily screening of all staff and participants

  • Strict procedures of non-attendance for those with symptoms

  • Physical distancing measures

Daily Screening:

  • You will need to complete a daily screening in the morning before coming to Camp each day

  • Staff will fill out a daily health screen

Non Attendance for anyone with COVID-19 symptoms:

  •  If you have the symptoms of a cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms, with any coughing or sneezing

    please do attend camp.

  • If staff or guests display COVID-19 symptoms while at camp they will be sent home

    o Coughing

    o Consistent runny nose or other signs of cold/flu

    o Sneezing with mucus

    o Signs of fever

  •  You will not be able to attend programs if you have travelled to any other countries outside of

    Canada (including the United States) in the past 14 days

Physical Distancing:

  •  2m spacing will be maintained at all times

  • Lift loading – 2 participants per chair if not in same household and singles in gondolas

  • Face mask compliance in lift line, indoors, on lifts and in lessons as required

  • Class sizes will have a maximum of 6 participants

  • Lunch will no longer be provide by camp. Please distance yourself by at least 2m when eating

    with people outside your household
