As more bike parks pop up all over the planet, more bike camps are also being developed. At Summer Gravity Camps we have been in the business for 14 years and we spend all year getting ready to be able to offer you the most incredible camp experience possible. Here's a few things that set us apart from the rest:
We meet every morning at 8:45am in the base of the hotel.
Groups board the lift with coaches ready to ride the park (camper to coach ratio of 6:1, hands on coaching for the entire week)
Lunch at the base of the bike park
Riding in the park with coaches. (If the lift-lines are long no worries at SGC we have lift-line priority which means we can go straight to the front of the line, no other camp has this perk)
We have the Air Dome exclusively for SGC from 3-5pm everyday at camp. That means no waiting in lines like the other camps and no general public.
Campers have the ability to keep riding in the Bike Park or to check out the dirt jump lines.
Relax back at the hotel. Have a swim and hot tub.
Grab some dinner in the Whistler Village which is a five minute walk from the hotel. There are numerous restaurants in town including a handful of great Pizza places. Campers can count on spending anywhere from $15-20
Every Wednesday night is video night we show the lastest MTB movies. We also show the footage from the day of filming with the campers. We have two filmers that come on Thursday of each week and film all the campers. From that footage we make the camp dvd. All the camp footage will be available to download from the SGC website.
GoPro provides our camp with numerous cameras to document your week. For those campers that are willing to edit their own vidoe they are entered in to the "GoPro camper video challenge". The video's are veiwed by our coaches and voted on. The winner will walk away with a new GoPro, the runnner up always walks away with a prize as well.
Saturday is arrival day, we all eat together as a group and get familiar with everyone. The rest of the week campers are on their own if they choose, but more than likely we eat in big groups. We have pre-arranged deals with a number of restaurants in town. The wrap up Barbeque night is Friday. We give a ton of swag out from all of the camp sponsors. We guarantee everyone will walk away with some great goodies.

Need we say more?
Served everyday from 9:00am-10:00am.
Served everyday from 12:00pm-1:30pm.
In the evening, the group will split up and go to any one of 110 different restaurants located 5 minutes away from the hotel. First and last nights dinner is included in the camp. The wrap-up dinner is an experience not to be missed, as we give away thousands of dollars worth of gear and prizes.
It has everything from secure bike storage/cleaning area, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court and a movie lounge, to hot tubs and a pool. The Tantalus Lodge has some of the largest suites in Whistler, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with cable TV and full kitchens. Although the suites can accommodate up to 6 campers, we limit 4 campers to a suite, to ensure luxurious amount of space for each camper. The Tantalus' super suites can sleep up to 8 but once again we limit them to 5. Campers are roomed with their friends upon request or, if they're flying solo, we delegate roommates according to age and gender. Of course there is always the option to upgrade your stay to "no roommate" (no one in the same bedroom as you, but still having up to 2 suitemates) or to upgrade to no suitemates (your own 2 bedroom apartment,*).
